I feel grateful for things I haven't felt actual gratitude for before:
For not having kids, because I cannot imagine bringing children into this world as it is now.
For having come to terms and peace with suicide always being an option for me to cease my suffering if i am ever in such a place where i would hurt no one and/or where i have no other choice.
For my dad having died before this became our reality.
