so far trying to be okay/being in active recovery mode this week has involved the following:

Being drunk
eating a whole box of cookies
not eating or drinking anything for a whole day
staring at facebook
knitting
cuddling with kitties
youtube
thinking about what i would say to people if i had in-my-life friends
being messaged and consoling friends who live in other countries about the election here.
laying awake in the dark
downloading and then removing apps on my phone
thinking about what i would be doing if i were at my boyfriends house
thinking about what i should be doing at my house
waiting for a hot water heater
pulling my hair
music
pinterest
